Welcome
Hotel Drei Morgen sits in the centre of Leinfelden-Echterdingen – a short walk from the S-Bahn, ten minutes from the airport and the new trade fair grounds. If you are in Stuttgart on business, you stay close to everything. If you stay longer, the Schönbuch forest starts right outside.
We run the hotel ourselves. That means short lines of communication, clear arrangements and breakfast ready before your first appointment. All rooms are non-smoking, individually air-conditioned and fitted with soundproof windows on the street side.

Extended stays
Right next to the hotel we let high-quality furnished units – bookable from two nights, designed for project assignments, relocations and everything that lasts longer than a business trip. Four units are available today; from November 2026 there will be five serviced apartments.

The S-Bahn station is a short walk away, and so is the motorway. From here you reach the trade fair, the airport and central Stuttgart faster than from most city hotels.
